Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Planning Leader for Joint Reconstruction based in Cork, Ireland. You will drive the end-to-end supply planning, IBP process, and network optimization for hips, knees and other joints, leading a team of ~70 staff to deliver high service levels while managing cost and inventory.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 15+ years in supply chain planning, and strong leadership in complex environments. Travel about 20–30% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline is required.
• Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in a complex Supply Chain environment with leadership in Planning.
• Ability to drive process improvements in a matrix environment.
• Experience creating Customer-Centric E2E Supply Chain strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate and improve the Global Planning process for Joint Reconstruction.
• Own the Global IBP process execution for Joint Reconstruction with E2E alignment.
• Ensure right product availability at the right place and time to service customers.
• Lead global planning network team and optimize planning parameters.
• Develop the team to meet modern supply chain demands; monitor key metrics.
