Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 8 qualification required. HR/OD related preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR/OD practices and change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with board-level briefing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support HR & Organisational Development activities in line with IDA Strategy 2025-29.
• Collaborate with OD Manager & Team to deliver change management programmes.
• Contribute to employee engagement, learning and development, performance processes and communications.
• Assist in policy development and review of existing policies.
• Support graduate programmes, mentorship, and recruitment activities.
