Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Ireland to ensure complete order data, process orders efficiently, and coordinate with Deal Desk and Internal Systems to resolve issues. You will verify pricing, products, contracts, and required fields before the order-to-cash flow proceeds.

You will review ARR, provisioning details, and documentation, working with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to maintain accurate records. Strong Excel and CPQ tooling experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business/finance.
• 4+ years in order-to-cash, deal desk, sales ops, revenue operations, or related finance/systems role in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ experience; NetSuite and AWS Marketplace preferred.
• Working understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS/subscription contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of orders during close.

Responsibilities

• Review opportunities in Salesforce for completeness before downstream processing into NetSuite.
• Validate ARR against contract terms and pricing prior to deal progression.
• Create and monitor indirect sales orders via AWS Marketplace; coordinate with AWS Support on issues.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies before order-to-cash progression.
• Serve as a quality checkpoint between deal closure and financial system entry.
• Review provisioning details to ensure customer setup aligns with executed terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Management, Finance and IT to ensure complete docs.
• Support CPQ configurations and test Salesforce-NetSuite integrations; flag issues.
• Report order accuracy, cycle times, and recurring issues; drive process improvements.
