Job summary

Aran Sweater Market in Ballycasheen, Killarney, is seeking a reliable Fulfilment & Stock Coordinator for a short-term fixed-term contract on-site. The role focuses on picking, packing and dispatching orders while maintaining stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

You will work with a friendly team, handle daily courier preparations, stock checks and liaise with stores. Previous warehouse experience is nice but training provided.

The Role

As a Fulfilment & Stock Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time while supporting efficient warehouse operations and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick sheets and handheld devices.
• Carefully pack customer orders, ensuring the correct products, colours, sizes, and quantities are dispatched.
• Prepare orders for daily courier collections to ensure timely delivery.
• Print and prepare customer orders for picking and packing.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
• Log empty pigeonholes and assist with stock replenishment.
• Liaise with retail stores to confirm stock availability where required.
• Report out-of-stock items to the Warehouse Supervisor to minimise customer delays.
• Support shop transfers by picking, packing, and preparing stock for dispatch.
• Assist with warehouse stock replenishment, stock takes, and inventory organisation.
• Support the returns department by checking and sorting returned items ready to be returned to stock.
• Create clan history displays to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and packing area.
• Replenish packing materials and dispatch supplies at the end of each shift.
• Clean the label printer before each use to ensure high-quality printing.
