Smart Traders in Dublin 13 is seeking an Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Coordinator to support daily order processing, warehouse operations and customer service. The role combines hands-on warehouse work with order administration and proactive customer communication.

On-site attendance at our Dublin location is required. You will work with couriers to resolve delivery issues, keep stock records up to date and maintain a tidy, efficient warehouse while ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organised approach.
• Good written and spoken English for professional communication.
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with computers, spreadsheets and order/inventory systems.
• Ability to prioritise daily orders and warehouse tasks.
• Willingness to perform hands-on warehouse work alongside admin duties.
• Reliable commuting to Dublin 13 location.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispatch orders; print labels and arrange courier collections.
• Monitor shipments and follow up on delays or delivery issues.
• Provide customer updates via email and online channels; handle complaints.
• Coordinate with customers, couriers and logistics providers.
• Handle order amendments, cancellations, returns and refunds.
• Receive stock, organize storage, update inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
