Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle ERP/HCM programs, guiding strategy through execution for large transformation initiatives. You will manage senior client stakeholders, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive change management to ensure adoption and value realization.

You will design and implement Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, Analytics, and integration with payroll and finance systems, while mentoring others in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years’ experience in scoping, selling and implementing Oracle ERP or HCM suite.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the technical architecture of Oracle ERP or HCM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, aligning Oracle ERP/HCM programs with business strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering Oracle ERP/HCM projects through full lifecycle.
• Oversee data migration, security and compliance within Oracle ERP/HCM implementations.
• Design and implement Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud solutions including Core HR, Payroll, Analytics.

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your technology experience and stakeholder management, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution. Responsibilities also include:

• Develop and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to align Oracle ERP or HCM programs with business and ERP or HR strategies through executive-level discussions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in securing and delivering Oracle ERP or HCM projects, overseeing the full program lifecycle from estimating, scoping, solution design and proposal development to implementation, change management, and post-go-live support (hypercare).
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, maintain high work standards, and apply firm methodologies and technologies for project success.
• Design and implement Oracle ERP including Finance and/or Supply Chain or HCM Cloud solutions—including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, and Analytics—ensuring smooth integration with payroll, finance, and enterprise systems.
• Represent PwC as an Oracle ERP or HCM thought leader at industry events and drive successful user adoption through effective change management and training.
• Oversee data migration, security, and compliance, embedding best practices for regulatory and operational excellence.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing Oracle ERP or HCM practice.

Your Profile

• You have 7-10+ years’ experience in scoping, selling and implementing Oracle ERP or HCM suite.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certified.
• You have strong knowledge of the technical architecture of Oracle ERP or HCM platforms
• Oracle ERP or HCM certifications are an advantage.
• You have a bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in project management, computer science or a related discipline
