Job summary

DataEdge SRL in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an Oracle EPM Cloud Support Specialist to provide L2/L3 operational support, ensure environment stability, and act as the bridge between business users, internal teams, and third-party MSPs.

The role focuses on managing tickets, monitoring EPM processes, coordinating releases, and ensuring SOX compliance while aligning EPM operations with SAP S/4HANA core environments. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in L2/L3 application support and administration for Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experience with complex integration flows involving SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, or Informatica.
• Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, tax reporting, and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational link between business users, the MSP, and internal teams.
• Manage L2/L3 ticketing queues, access/security workflows, and SLA compliance.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, automated tasks, and data pipelines across Oracle EPM Cloud components.
• Coordinate monthly release assessments and environment readiness tasks.
• Document and deliver evidence for monthly SOX controls.
