Job summary

Data Edge is seeking an Oracle EPM Cloud Support Specialist to provide L2/L3 operational support, maintain environment stability, and serve as the operational bridge between business users, internal teams, and the external MSP.

The role focuses on managing complex EPM environments, coordinating release assessments, and ensuring SOX controls are properly evidenced. The candidate will work across SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, and Informatica integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in L2/L3 application support and administration for Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Coupa or Informatica integrations.
• Understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, and tax reporting.
• Exposure to SOX compliance and environment management.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational link between users, stakeholders, and MSP.
• Manage L2/L3 tickets and access/security workflows with SLA tracking.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and integration pipelines across Coupa, SAP, and Informatica.
• Maintain terminal server schedulers and CAPEX timelines.
• Execute monthly close readiness checklists and synchronize FCCS approvals.
• Manage global substitution variables and revenue/demand mappings.
• Coordinate monthly Oracle release assessments and backups readiness.
• Lead regression and integration testing after system updates.
• Oversee environment cloning and participate in DR testing.
• Document monthly SOX controls execution evidence.
• Participate in Agile governance and align EPM with SAP S/4HANA core.
• Collaborate with consulting partners on EPM delivery streams.
• Facilitate transition from project to BAU support.
• Provide operational metrics and identify pain points to improve support model.
