Job summary

Jobtailor in Ireland is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP consultant to lead requirements gathering, design configurations, and support end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials and Procure-to-Pay implementations.

You will run workshops, coordinate data migration, testing, and post-implementation support, while engaging stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP implementations in finance or supply chain modules.
• Proven track record in Oracle transformation workstreams including data migration and testing.
• Client-facing consulting experience and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Activate, Waterfall or Agile.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SDLC processes.

• Support the design and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials and/or Procure-to-Pay modules
• Create process documentation, including workflows and configuration guides
• Participate in project activities from discovery through deployment and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with technical teams on integration, data migration and testing tasks

Requirements

• Strong practical experience in Oracle ERP implementation programmes working with Oracle Cloud Financials or Supply Chain/Procure-to-Pay modules
• Proven track record in at least one Oracle Transformation Programme workstream, including Data Migration, Testing or Project Management
• Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials or Procure-to-Pay modules, including Purchasing, Supplier Management, Invoicing and Payments
• Good understanding of Finance and Procurement processes
• Client-facing experience in a Consulting environment
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and process design
• Practical understanding of at least one delivery methodology, such as Activate, Waterfall or Agile
• Ability to travel when required
• Practical experience with phases of the software development lifecycle
• Oracle Certification in Finance or Supply Chain core products
• Data Migration skills, including data flows between modules, database knowledge, data cleansing, ETL, validation, testing and reconciliation
• Testing and Test Management skills, including test case and scenario design, testing methodologies and techniques, testing cycle support, reporting, testing types, test cycles and test management tools
• Programme Management skills, including PRINCE2, Agile or Waterfall methodologies, planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder management
