Job summary

Glanmore Foods, part of Compass Group, is looking for an Operations Project Manager to deliver strategic projects and lead operational transformation from Dublin 15. The role is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract with 40 hours per week, on-site 4–5 days.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to enhance governance and drive business change. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional projects, knowledge of PRINCE2 or Agile, and a proven ability to partner

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects within a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to implementation and post-project review.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Integration teams.
• Prepare and maintain governance documentation including project status reports, RAID logs, and change control processes.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and operational challenges while ensuring key stakeholders remain informed.
• Support the integration of Glanmore Foods into Compass Group systems, processes, and governance frameworks while driving wider transformation initiatives.
• Provide leadership and direction to all operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
