Job summary

Brightwater is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a six-month temporary contract with a leading Public Service body in Ireland. You will provide operational leadership to ensure a seamless service during a period of change and growth, including service delivery, supplier oversight and managing contracts.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, oversee financial performance and value for money, and support transformation through new systems and operating models.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations or service delivery management.
• Experience managing suppliers and contracts.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience leading services through organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery for learning services.
• Manage suppliers and contracts, including procurement, onboarding and transitions.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, forecasting and value for money.
