Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a proactive Office Manager & Leadership Team Associate in Ireland to keep a busy office running smoothly and support senior leaders across projects, meetings and day-to-day operations.

You will own the day-to-day running of the office, manage facilities and suppliers, coordinate purchase orders and support leadership with reports, presentations and key projects. A four-day week or reduced hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A confident, professional communication style and sound judgement.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
  • Experience in office management, administration, executive support, operations, projects or events.

Responsibilities

  • Own the smooth day-to-day running of the office, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage facilities, suppliers, contracts and workplace requests.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, goods receipting, supplier queries and monthly accrual support.
  • Support senior leaders with reports, presentations, trackers, meetings and key projects.
  • Plan engaging team meetings, town halls, events and onboarding activities.
  • Provide operational administration across fleet, health and safety, records and business processes.
  • Build strong relationships across leadership, sales, marketing, suppliers and cross‑functional teams.

  • We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Office Manager & Leadership Team Associate to keep a busy Irish office running smoothly while supporting senior leaders across projects, meetings and day-to-day operations
  • This is a broad, visible role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. You’ll be the go‑to person for office operations, procurement, events and leadership support across Ireland and the wider UK and Ireland business
