Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong planning and budgeting experience
• Proven ability to improve operational efficiency
• Experience with SAP/ERP/CRM
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives to set performance goals and long-term plans
• Drive efficiency and productivity through process analysis
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency
• Develop financial and budgetary plans with project managers
• Monitor day-to-day operations and KPI performance
