Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role in operations/engineering or construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to strategize and implement long-term operational plans.
• Strong knowledge of budget development and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive management to set performance goals and long-term plans.
• Drive efficiency and productivity through process analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Set strategic targets for operational efficiency and growth across programs.
• Partner with project managers on financial and budgetary planning.
• Analyze current processes and propose improvements for optimization.
• Establish and monitor day-to-day operational systems providing visibility into progress.
• Build relationships with department heads, partners, and vendors for strategic decisions.
• Monitor key metrics for day-to-day performance and timely task completion.
• Devise strategies to grow programs enterprise-wide and reduce costs.
• Uphold company policies and regulatory standards.
• Foster an inclusive, productive work environment with support functions.
• Ensure Month End processes are completed accurately and on time.
