Job summary

Mercury seeks a Managing Director for its Comms Division in Blanchardstown, Dublin. You will lead a high-performing team, shape strategy, and drive growth while ensuring operational excellence and client success across complex data centre and telecommunications projects.

The role calls for full P&L responsibility, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments. Travel across Europe is required as part of the remit.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in data centres, telecoms, digital infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary operational and commercial teams.
• Experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Ability to develop growth strategies delivering measurable results.
• Strong commercial acumen with contract negotiation and risk management.
• Experience building executive-level client relationships.
• Experience in fast-paced, complex project environments.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality and governance standards.
• Full eligibility to travel throughout Europe.
