• 3+ years in a Data analyst, BI Analyst, Operations Analyst or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Take real ownership of how operational performance is measured and understood.
• Own and develop operational reporting in PowerBI.
• Use data to influence decisions around demand, resourcing, efficiency and service delivery.
• Work closely with operational leaders on high-impact business challenges.
