Qualifications

• Currently completing an Irish or Northern Irish university qualification in Business, Manufacturing or Management courses.
• Must be able to analyze and correct complex testing and/or systems issues using independent judgment.
• Honesty and integrity; must comply with the quality system, regulations, and company policies.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking in a dynamic, fast environment.
• Team player capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritise production to meet customer requirements and KPIs.
• Communicate and record output levels.
• Support the Supervisor and Operations Associate in Daily Management records.
