Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently completing a university qualification in Business, Manufacturing or Management.
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues with independent judgment.
• Honesty and integrity; must comply with quality systems.
• Self-motivated, flexible and hardworking.
• Team player in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic PC knowledge.
• Available for 6, 9 or 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritise production to meet customer requirements and KPIs.
• Support the Supervisor and Operations Associate in maintaining Daily Management records.
• Collaborate with NPI teams to prioritise builds and timelines.
• Identify and manage training priorities monthly.
• Form training schedules and train line SMEs.
• Support implementation and scheduling of training for document changes.
• Develop production training plans for new hires and cross-training.
• Maintain SLMS training records aligned with QMS.
• Review overtime needs and coordinate staffing lists.
• Create Staffing Plans.
• Ensure quality standards and production metrics are communicated and met.
• Participate in Lean/Cost Reduction initiatives.
