360 Search is seeking an organised, detail-focused administrative professional to support a regulated financial services operation in Dublin. You’ll handle the end-to-end processing of premium finance agreements, work with credit and sales teams, and ensure AML/GDPR compliance.

The role emphasises regulatory weight, precise record-keeping and timely communication with brokers, clients and partners, with a clear training path to grow in operations, credit or compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance or premium finance is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support across the full lifecycle of finance agreements.
  • Request and review AML documentation from clients.
  • Maintain CRM and finance platform records with high accuracy.
  • Act as a primary contact for brokers, clients and partners.
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails professionally.
  • Support onboarding of new broker relationships with compliant documentation.
  • Ensure reporting aligns with Central Bank of Ireland requirements and GDPR.
  • Maintain audit trails to support regulatory review.
  • Escalate risks or compliance concerns per procedure.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system testing.
  • Cross-train to strengthen team capability.

Job description

Our client is a regulated insurance premium finance provider with a growing presence in the Irish market. They work closely with brokers and insurers to deliver premium finance solutions, and place a strong emphasis on regulatory discipline, operational accuracy, and fair customer outcomes. This is a business investing in its operations team as it scales, with genuine opportunities for training and progression.

The Role

This is a broad administrative role sitting at the centre of a regulated financial services operation. The successful candidate will support the day to day running of the business across operations, sales, and credit functions, processing agreements from initial application through to completion. The role carries real regulatory weight, with direct exposure to Central Bank of Ireland requirements, the Consumer Protection Code, AML/CTF obligations, and GDPR.

It is well suited to someone who is organized, detail focused, and comfortable working in a deadline driven environment where accuracy matters. There is also a genuine training path built into the role, covering products, regulatory obligations, and internal process, making it a strong entry point into regulated financial services for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across the full lifecycle of finance agreements, from application through to live agreement, working closely with credit and sales teams.
  • Request and review AML documentation from clients, checking that submissions meet acceptable standards.
  • Maintain CRM and finance platform records with a high level of accuracy and completeness
  • Act as a professional point of contact for brokers, clients and third-party partners, providing regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the onboarding of new broker relationships, ensuring documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.
  • Ensure accurate reporting in line with Central Bank of Ireland requirements, including the Consumer Protection Code, AML/CTF and GDPR obligations.
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation to support regulatory review.
  • Escalate risks, complaints or compliance concerns in line with internal procedure.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system testing and change management
  • Engage in cross-training to strengthen wider team capability and resilience
What Our Client Is Looking For:
  • Previous experience working in the insurance space. Open to candidates with a minimum of 1 years experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in financial services, insurance or premium finance
  • Experience in an administrative role within a regulated environment
  • Understanding of premium finance or broker-led distribution models
  • Familiarity with KPI reporting cycles (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Experience of customer service within a regulated framework
