Job summary

EMPOWERMENT is seeking a skilled senior professional with extensive loan operations experience to lead a busy fund services team in Ireland. You will manage a diverse client portfolio and coordinate funding, invoicing and treasury activities, ensuring accurate processing of loan events.

You will review credit agreements and loan documentation, overseeing lifecycle events and working closely with senior stakeholders to drive successful execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on loan administration or loan operations experience in private credit, fund administration, debt services, loan servicing or middle office.
• Strong understanding of syndicated loans, bilateral loans, private deals, drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations and fee processing.
• Demonstrated experience in people management for at least 3+ years.

My client is seeking talented partners with experience in Loan Operations in Fund Services to join their rapidly expanding team, with a strong pipeline of new business into 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide portfolio of clients and a team of up to ten
• Coordination of funding requirements, overseeing all invoicing and treasury related activity
• Review and expert interpretation of credit agreements and loan documentation

Experience:

• Minimum of 7+ years hands-on loan administration or loan operations experience, ideally within private credit, fund administration, debt services, loan servicing or middle office
• Strong understanding of syndicated loans, bilateral loans, private deals, drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, fee processing, trade settlements, documentation, and lifecycle events
• Demonstrable experience in people management for at least 3+ years
