Job summary

Hayley Dexis in Kingscourt, County Cavan, is seeking an Onsite Stores Manager to run day-to-day stores operations at a customer site and act as their dedicated liaison.

You will attend management meetings, support customer projects, monitor stock levels, assist with part identification, prepare quotes and process orders on the customer CMS/ERP and our systems, and drive KPI reporting across OTIF, stock checks and slow-moving items.

Qualifications

• Experience leading stores operation within a manufacturing, production or operational environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across various levels within the organisation is essential, as the role requires direct collaboration with the customer engineering team.
• Full driving licence essential
• Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
• Stakeholder management and collaborations skills are a must
• Excellent computer skills, including experience in using Microsoft Office.
• Able to prioritise workload and work as a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day stores operations based at a customer site and act as their dedicated support.
• Attend management meetings and support customer specific projects.
• Assess stock levels and provide technical support to the customer, including identifying parts, preparing quotes and processing orders on the customer CMS/ERP and our systems.
• Maintain KPI reporting across OTIF, stock checks and slow-moving items.
• Assist with asset optimisation and on-site assets management.
