Job summary

Hayley Dexis is recruiting an Onsite Stores Manager for a Kingscourt-based role. You will run the day-to-day stores operations at the customer site and provide dedicated support, attending meetings and handling parts identification, quotes and orders in the CMS/ERP system.

The role emphasizes KPI reporting (OTIF, stock checks) and asset optimisation, with 40 hours per week and a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.

We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a brand-new Onsite Stores Manager, based at our customer site in Kingscourt, Cavern

About the Onsite Stores Manager role: As our Onsite Stores Manager, you will be running the day-to-day stores operations based at a customer site and will be their dedicated support. You’ll attend management meetings and support with customer specific projects. A typical day would include assessing stock levels and providing technical support to the customer which may involve assisting with the identification of parts, answering queries, preparing quotes and processing orders on the customer CMS/ERP systems as well as our own. Reporting is a key element of the role, so you’ll hot on your numbers and maintain KPI’s across things like OTIF, stock checks and slow‑moving items. Asset optimisation is also key, and you’ll be assisting with the management of all on‑site assets.

What we’re looking for in our Onsite Stores Manager:

• Experience leading stores operation within a manufacturing, production or operational environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across various levels within the organisation is essential, as the role requires direct collaboration with the customer engineering team.
• Full driving licence essential
• Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
• Stakeholder management and collaborations skills are a must
• Excellent computer skills, including experience in using Microsoft Office.
• Able to prioritise workload and work as a part of a team.
