Job summary

Innovate Skillsource Ltd. in Ireland is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for a fully onsite role.

You will manage customer enquiries, take orders and identify opportunities to increase sales while delivering a professional customer experience. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a sales or customer-focused role, with excellent communication, a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or customer focused role.
• Proven ability to generate sales and identify opportunities.
• Confident communicating with customers by telephone and in person.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded with a customer focused approach.
• Proactive, self motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
• Confident handling customer enquiries and converting them into sales.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and develop strong customer relationships.
• Take customer orders and maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and repeat business.
• Follow up on enquiries and potential sales opportunities.
• Provide a professional, friendly and responsive customer experience.
• Respond confidently to customer questions and resolve queries where possible.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer service objectives.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers. Develop trust and rapport with customers to encourage repeat business. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process. Work closely with colleagues to ensure customer requirements are met.
