Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Business, Production Management, Engineering or similar discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• 4 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years minimum Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team to achieve targets across quality, service, cost and people development.
• Plan and prioritise production to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor production output, KPIs, rework, scrap and quality standards; take action as required.
• Coach, train and support team members to build skills and achieve potential.
• Promote positive employee relations, engagement and open communication across the team.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Communicate team and business performance through regular meetings on the production floor.
