Job summary

GCS Recruitment is partnering with a growing MSP to recruit a Level 2 IT Support Engineer for a fully onsite role in Dublin 22. You will work directly with an enterprise client, providing hands-on technical support and building strong stakeholder relationships.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and Windows troubleshooting, with opportunities to contribute to IT improvements and security initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Level 2 IT support, desktop support, or systems support.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Hands-on with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 technical support across hardware, software and networking issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and security policies within Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Support endpoint management and device deployments using Intune.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop and infrastructure-related issues.
• Work with Level 3 teams to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to service-improvement initiatives.
