Job summary

TECEZEZE is seeking an on-site Field Technician to support ISP circuit handoff at Jameson Distillery Bow Street, Dublin. You will verify the demarcation point, establish connectivity to the customer network interface, and assist with end-to-end testing in collaboration with the remote team.

The role requires hands-on circuit verification, evidence capture, and reporting on operational status for production readiness.

Project: ISP Circuit Handoff & Connectivity Verification

Site Location: Jameson Distillery Bow Street, Bow Street, Dublin, D07 N9VH, Ireland.

Objective

Provide onsite hands-and-feet support to identify, connect, and verify the newly installed ISP circuit, ensuring the circuit is operational and ready for production use.

Scope of Activities

• Identify the newly installed ISP circuit handoff at the site.
• Verify the ISP demarcation point and confirm the correct circuit has been provisioned.
• Connect the ISP circuit to the designated underlay/WAN interface of the customer network equipment.
• Verify physical connectivity and interface link status.
• Coordinate with the remote network team to perform end-to-end connectivity testing.
• Assist the remote team with troubleshooting during testing, as required.
• Perform basic onsite checks, including:
• Verify LED/link status.
• Power cycle the network device only upon approval from the remote network team.
• Confirm the circuit is stable and fully operational.
• Capture and share evidence, including:
• Photos of the ISP handoff and connected equipment.
• Interface/link LED status.
• Any relevant error messages or observations.
• ISP circuit successfully connected to the designated underlay interface.
• Successful completion of connectivity testing with the remote network team.
• Confirmation that the circuit is operational.
• Site visit report with photographs and activity summary.
