Job summary

This position requires the ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.****Scope:***** Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues* Works on problems of limited scope* Receives detailed instructions****Your Roles and Responsibilities:***** Provide support for global production content delivery network deployments* Understanding of production and corporate network and internet peering strategies* Understanding of server hardware technologies relative to content delivery performance and capacity* Day-to-day activities involve working on multiple vendor servers and various software and hardware issues* Assist with traffic and any other queries raised by ISP/partners* Support team in handling switches for any incidents such as input errors, CRC, RMA etc.* Work with ISP/vendors on fixing any issues related to network* Participate in 24/7 support with other teams across the globe. Some weekend work may be required.* Other duties as required.
