Job summary

Sharp Brains in Ireland seeks a network infrastructure technician to install, test, and troubleshoot DC & Network equipment. You will work with fiber, copper, and data center hardware, perform rack and stack, patching, and cable management, and assist with break-fix tasks under guidance.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Nokia and Ciena hardware, IT networks, and be able to follow task instructions, perform testing with OTDR, and ensure proper documentation and asset tagging.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting of DC & network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Installation and testing of data center and network equipment.
• Rack and stack and cabling management.
• Perform fault diagnosis and component replacement as needed.
• Assist with RMA processing and asset tagging.
