CBRE, a global leader in real estate services, is seeking a Contract Manager for an all-on-site role in Ballycoolen, Dublin. You will review, negotiate, and administer facilities contracts to ensure compliance and value.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of IFM and contract management experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proactive, solutions-driven approach in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of four years' experience in Facilities Contract Management.
• Proven IFM experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary facilities teams.
• Strong contract management and compliance capabilities.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onsite team and oversee hard and soft services delivery.
• Review and interpret contracts to ensure compliance and cost guidelines.
• Respond to enquiries and support contract management across all phases.
• Prepare proposals and provide award recommendations for new or existing contracts.
• Negotiate, interpret, and administer contracts while monitoring obligations.
• Analyse amendments and variations and propose senior-management recommendations.
• Coordinate with Accounting on invoicing and insurance matters.
• Administer and execute the Supplier Performance Management Programme.
