CBRE, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Contract Manager to review, negotiate, and administer facilities contracts ensuring compliance, cost controls, and client procedures.

This fully onsite role based in Ballycoolen requires IFM expertise and leadership across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least four years in facilities contract management, and strong stakeholder management skills within regulated environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of four years' related experience within Facilities Contract Management.
• Proven Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary facilities management teams.
• Strong contractor management, compliance, health & safety, and service delivery experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of business law, contracting principles and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onsite team, overseeing hard and soft services delivery.
• Review, interpret, and analyse contracts to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Respond to customer enquiries relating to contract modifications.
• Prepare and evaluate proposals for new contracts and continuation of existing agreements.
• Negotiate, interpret, and administer contracts while monitoring obligations.
• Analyse amendments and extension requests and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Liaise with Accounting regarding invoicing and insurance matters.
• Execute the Supplier Performance Management Programme.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
