Job summary

RECRUITERS in Carlow is seeking a Warehouse Operator – Pharmaceutical for an 11-month, fully onsite contract. You will support receiving, storage, and material movements in a GMP environment, ensuring safety, quality, accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years' experience in GMP/pharma, hands-on ERP/WMS experience (SAP or Oracle), and the ability to lift 20–25 kg. Shift is 7am-3pm and 1pm-9pm in a 2-cycle rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in GMP/pharma environments with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Hands‑on ERP/WMS experience with material movements and inventory transactions.
• Meticulous approach to lot numbers, part codes, quantities and expiry dates.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, unload, inspect, store, stage and transfer materials in GMP-compliant procedures.
• Execute inventory movements using ERP/WMS systems with real-time updates.
• Operate handling equipment in accordance with training and certification where required.
• Support on-time delivery of materials to manufacturing suites and labs.
• Maintain GMP, GDP, data integrity and ALCOA+ documentation standards.
• Assist with counts, reconciliations, audits and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards across warehouse areas and cold rooms.
