Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a warehouse operative for our Dublin site. The role involves managing day-to-day warehousing tasks, including stocking, packing, and dispatch of materials to support production and trials, with adherence to GMP and safety standards.

You will operate a forklift/VNA, maintain stock records, and liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve deliveries and shortages. A proactive, safety-focused approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/VNA in a safe manner and undertake additional training as required.
• Maintain accurate goods in and stock control cards, goods out sheets, and hand over to QA after completion.
• Pack pallets of finished goods for dispatch to customers as per customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers & suppliers regarding deliveries, shortfalls & other issues and raise any deviations to the manager.
