The role focuses on workplace logistics, facilities support, contractor liaison, and operational planning within a fast-paced corporate environment. You will act as Aramark's on-site representative, ensuring coordinated works with minimal disruption and ensuring safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Facilities Coordination or similar role.
• Valid Safe Pass certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement and reinstatement of office furniture and equipment.
• Act as on-site point of contact with contractor and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate deep cleaning and area preparation for spaces.
• Communicate project schedules and impacts to stakeholders.
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety and escalate issues to maintain timelines.
