Job summary

Aramark Ireland seeks an experienced Facilities Project Coordinator to support a workplace modification project at Three Ireland's office in Limerick. You will serve as on-site Aramark representative, coordinating logistics, site activities, and facilities support to minimise disruption and ensure timely progress.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in facilities coordination and a Valid Safe Pass certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Facilities Coordination or a similar role.
• Valid Safe Pass certification.
• Strong organisational skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and contractors.
• Hands-on, proactive approach and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement, relocation, storage, and reinstatement of office furniture and equipment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as on-site point of contact for Aramark, liaising with principal contractor, client stakeholders and support teams.
• Support project delivery with facilities, cleaning, security and technology teams; coordinate area readiness and deep cleaning.
