Job summary

Amcor Limited in Sligo, Ireland, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Operations/Production/Manufacturing. This role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience, managing orders, and coordinating with multiple teams within a local and remote setup.

The CSR will work closely with Sales, Finance and Logistics, ensuring timely delivery and accurate forecasts, while supporting continuous improvement in service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of any other European language is an asset.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience of SAP and Salesforce.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end order management, from order placement through to delivery in CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with sales, pricing, commercial, customer service and finance to monitor requirements and address delays.
• Lead annual, bi-yearly or quarterly performance reviews with customers and neighbouring functions.
• Share customer information including forecasts with colleagues from neighbouring functions.
• Proactively manage finished goods levels and aged inventory with other functions.
• Acknowledge complaints and ensure prompt feedback; initiate return of goods when needed.
• Coordinate expediting of rush shipments and monitor progress to delivery.
• Support credit/debit notes and disputed invoices processes with finance.
