Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, facilities, retail, or front-of-house roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good awareness of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the branch.
• Guide and direct customers to the appropriate area or service within the branch.
• Monitor customer flow and assist in managing queues to ensure safe access and egress routes.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional branch environment throughout the day.
• Carry out regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards, reducing the risk of slips, trips, and falls.
• Support onsite staff with general assistance, including replenishing supplies, toner replacements, and moving items as required.
• Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are maintained to an excellent standard at all times.
• Act as the primary point of contact for service providers and suppliers visiting the site and accompany them when required.
• Assist with office moves, reconfigurations, and event set-ups.
• Monitor branch facilities to ensure customer-facing areas, including ATM areas, remain clean and presentable.
• Escalate security concerns, maintenance issues, or health and safety matters to management promptly.
• Support fire drills and emergency evacuations, assisting customers and staff where required.
• Assist with larger collections, deliveries, and other operational tasks as needed.
• Provide flexible support across the site to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Complete additional duties as reasonably required by management.
