Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Front of House service.
  • Lead by example and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
  • Supervise Front of House activities and support team members as required.
  • Welcome visitors, guests, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist the onsite Facilities Team with operational requirements.
  • Ensure all customer-facing areas are maintained to an exceptional standard.
  • Oversee beverage stations and stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate meeting room setups and hospitality requirements.
  • Support lunch service and hospitality requests as required.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies are replenished promptly.
  • Support health and safety compliance and report issues or hazards.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, visitors, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Assist site events and other operational activities as required.
  • Complete administrative and reporting duties where necessary.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Aramark Ireland is currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Leader to join our onsite team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional with supervisory experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team while delivering exceptional service standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, supporting facilities operations, maintaining high presentation standards, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all customers, guests, and employees.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Front of House service.
    Lead by example and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
    Supervise Front of House activities and support team members as required.
