Job summary

Activ8 Energies is seeking an One Stop Shop Sales Executive to join our Naas, Co. Kildare team.

You will manage the customer journey from initial consultation to contract sign-off, developing tailored proposals and guiding homeowners through grant structures for Solar PV, Heat Pumps, windows/doors, and insulation. This hybrid role requires proven B2C sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in renewable energy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Knowledge of solar technology, renewable energy incentives, and financing options is desirable.
• Previous experience in managing and closing deals within a B2C environment would be an advantage.
• Technical knowledge related to solar energy system designs & heat pumps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified leads and existing customers, delivering a professional, consultative sales experience.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess energy needs and provide tailored solutions across Solar PV, Heat Pumps, Windows/Doors and Insulation.
• Develop customized proposals, detailing technical and financial benefits, and explain grant eligibility and funding options clearly.
• Act as the customer’s single point of contact during the sales process, from inquiry to post-installation follow-up.
• Collaborate with project management, survey, desktop, and installation teams to ensure accurate designs, pricing, and timely execution.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, tracking all interactions and project stages.
