Job summary

Baker Finn Recruitment is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive for an established Irish manufacturing group with products exported to 60+ countries. The role covers two brands and includes social media, content creation, SEO, email marketing, paid campaigns and analytics.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in digital marketing, a marketing-related degree, strong copywriting skills and experience with Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, CMS platforms, and Google Ads/Meta Business Suite.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience.
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related field.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience with Canva/Adobe, CMS platforms, Google Analytics and social scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Creative, organised and commercially minded.
• Interest in health, wellness, nutrition or related sector is advantageous.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Produce engaging copy, graphics, photography and short-form video.
• Capture original content at farms, stables, trials, customer sites and trade events.
• Manage website content, SEO and email marketing campaigns.
• Run paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Monitor digital performance, engagement and ROI.
• Support international campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Work with Regulatory teams to ensure content meets relevant requirements.
