Job summary

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is seeking an On-site Customer Support specialist to work with account management and cross functional teams. The role involves delivering products, managing stock, and solving technical issues at client sites across Ireland.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in a similar role, a full Irish driving licence, forklift experience, and familiarity with stock control systems such as SAP. WMS proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Full Irish driver’s licence desirable
• Forklift experience desirable
• Prior experience using stock control systems such as SAP
• Cleanroom experience desirable, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to various locations around client site.
• Goods receiving, stock put-away, and cycle counting.
• Use of computerised WMS and other systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot hardware; perform manual repairs when required.
• Support project roll-out and fulfil customer requirements.
