Job summary

BD in Limerick is seeking a Scrum Master/Product Owner to empower Agile teams delivering software features for healthcare products. You will facilitate ceremonies, manage the backlog, write clear user stories, and collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with regulatory and design controls.

Qualifications

5+ years across all phases of software development.
Experience in Agile environments and product lifecycle management.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as Agile Product Owner for the Software Team, defining and driving product vision and execution.
Plan and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic objectives.
Develop clear and detailed software requirements, user stories, and specifications.
Evaluate business value, build business cases, and prioritize epics and stories.
Lead product release planning and set delivery expectations for new features.
Identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure successful sprints and releases.
Oversee integration of software modules across subsystems to ensure architectural and quality consistency.
Define and manage delivery milestones and improve predictability.
Provide full lifecycle support, including customer engagement and post-release follow-up.
Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-value increments every sprint.
