Northern Trust Corp in Ireland is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams across technology initiatives. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach product owners and development teams, and help keep backlogs healthy while removing impediments to keep sprint commitments clear and achievable.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Competenze

Experience as a Scrum Master or similar delivery-focused role.
Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and cross-functional teams.
Experience working with Product Owners to manage and refine backlogs.

Mansioni

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Support Product Owners and delivery teams with backlog refinement, prioritisation and sprint readiness.
Help teams plan and manage their work effectively, ensuring sprint goals and commitments remain visible and achievable.
