Job summary

Mace is seeking an Offshore Contracts Manager to lead all contractual administration and reporting for HV equipment and marine survey packages as part of Offshore Phase 2. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial agreements and contract execution.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of offshore wind contract management experience, FEED/EPCI, and strong negotiation skills, with a focus on sustainability and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with 10+ years’ offshore wind contract management experience.
• Strong expertise across FEED/EPCI, claims, tendering and procurement processes.
• Advanced commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management capability.
• Professional membership and strong understanding of sustainability, governance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced H&S expertise across complex project portfolios.

• Manage contract administration for high‑voltage and marine projects.
• Manage contract preparation, costing, compliance and customer service.
