The Offshore Risk Asset Manager SME will provide technical leadership and specialist advisory services across offshore asset portfolios, helping clients identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Chartered Engineer, Chartered Asset Manager, or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• Demonstrable experience managing risk within offshore energy, offshore wind, oil and gas, marine, ports, or major infrastructure environments.
• Significant experience in offshore asset management and risk advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore asset risk management frameworks, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Provide expert technical advice on offshore asset integrity, operational resilience, maintenance strategies, and business continuity.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, industry best practice, and evolving offshore sector requirements.
• Analyse asset performance data and operational trends to support maintenance optimisation.
• Identify improvement initiatives that enhance asset value, availability, and safety.
• Lead technical reviews, audits, and assurance activities.
• Develop internal capability through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
