Job summary

Sisgate Pro in Dublin 24 is seeking an Office-Based Sales Representative to drive new business, generate leads, and manage customer relationships. The role is Monday–Friday, full-time, with a base salary and uncapped commission, plus performance bonuses.

You will handle outbound calls, provide accurate quotations, and collaborate with field teams to support sales reporting and delivery of services. On-site parking is available.

Base Salary: €31,000.00 – €34,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission (OTE €43,500) + Performance Bonus

Our client is a growing, family-run cleaning business that offers quality window-cleaning and gutter cleaning services to commercial and residential clients. The company is built on professionalism, quality service, and a supportive workplace culture. They are expanding our office team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and maintain excellent customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
• Quotations: Manage inquiries and provide accurate quotes and proposals.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with field teams and support management with sales reporting.
• Relationship Management: Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction and follow-up.
