Expeditors Ireland is seeking an Ocean Import Lead Agent to ensure timely movement of freight and provide exceptional customer service within the Ocean Import Department. You will report to the Ocean Import Lead Agent, Supervisor, and Manager, handling billing, process improvements, and overseas communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information within the Ocean Import Department.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to procedures and productivity standards; process billing accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve department processes and efficiency.
• Liaise with overseas contacts and escalate issues to management when needed.

Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Import Department.
