Job summary

PE Global Healthcare are assisting with the recruitment of an experienced CNM2 for a residential service in Cork. The post involves clinical oversight of a large team delivering care to adults with disabilities, ensuring HIQA standards, policy implementation, and best practice in disability services.

The role is based in Ladysbridge, Co Cork, requiring strong leadership, collaboration with management and service owners, and commitment to high-quality care within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• RGN NMBI registered Nurse.
• 5 years post registration experience.
• Recognised Management Qualification.
• 3 years Management Experience.
• 3 years experience working with people with disabilities.
• Full Drivers Licence with access to own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership in clinical practice and act as a resource for clinical practice.
• Provide leadership, supervision and support to Nursing, Social Care and Care Support staff.
• Ensure records and documentation are up to date and HIQA compliant.
• Maintain HIQA registration for the centre.
• Practice nursing according to Clinical Guidelines, local policies and current legislation.
• Collaborate with service owners, family, carers and other staff as appropriate, communicating with team members.
