Job summary

PE Global (UK) is recruiting for an experienced CNM2 for a residential service in Cork, focused on delivering high-quality care for adults with disabilities. The CNM2 will provide clinical oversight, lead the staff team, and ensure compliance with HIQA standards. A candidate must be an NMBI registered nurse with 5 years of experience, including 2 in a related specialty. A full driver's license and transport are required. Strong leadership and communication skills are vital for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years post registration experience with at least 2 years in the desired specialty.
• Valid full driver's license and access to own transport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of clinical care and support to residents.
• Act as Person in Charge during CNM3's absences.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards.
