Zusammenfassung

Corlann West (Residential) seeks an experienced Team Manager for CNM2/SCM2 grade to lead designated centres. You will oversee teams, maintain person-centred service delivery, and ensure compliance with HIQA/Health Act 2007 requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in the sector with 3+ years in management, a clean driving licence, and strong leadership and collaborative skills. Closing date and details are provided in the attached notice.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified nursing or social care professional registered with CORU or eligible for registration.
• Management qualification or commitment to obtain within role.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience including 3 years in management within disability services.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and direction for teams, coordinating to develop person-centred services.
• Ensure services meet Health Act 2007 regulations and operate within budget.
• Act as PIC for designated centre and contribute to management team.
