Morgan McKinley is partnering with a Not-for-Profit client in Dublin West to recruit a Financial Controller. The role oversees month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and statutory reporting with a strong focus on transformation projects.

The position sits in a senior finance capacity, reporting to the Head of Finance, and requires ACA/ACC A/CIMA credentials with 8+ years post-qualification experience. Hybrid working with in-office three days a week is offered.

Formación

• Qualified professional with ACA/ACCA/CIMA credentials.
• 8+ years post-qualification experience in finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and controls.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, vlookups and formulas.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver monthly management accounts by set deadlines.
• Own month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support statutory accounting and audit readiness with auditors.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems.
• Lead transformation projects within the finance function.
• Coach and oversee junior finance staff and ensure accuracy.
